Return and Refund Policy

PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Custom furniture orders require anat the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due as items are received.

All other items (fabrics, rugs, lighting, accessories, artwork, labor/services) require full payment at the time of order.

Items taken out on approval will be charged to the credit card on file after the 48 hour approval period ends.

Store credit issued by Bumblebee Interiors must be used in full within 60 days of issuance. Store credit cannot be redeemed as cash. Any unused credit will expire and be removed from the client’s account after 60 days.

All sales are final. Once purchased and order placed, items cannot be returned or canceled. All custom items are made to order and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

APPROVAL:

Bumblebee Interiors offers a 48 hour approval on small items (lamps, pillows, accessories, small art and mirrors.) You will be charged in full for all items not returned within 48 hours.

DELIVERY:

Items with an outstanding balance will not be released for delivery until the balance is paid in full.

Delivery fees are not included and must be paid directly to the delivery agent at time of delivery.

Delivery is provided by a 3rd party vendor and is not affiliated with Bumblebee Interiors. Bumblebee Interiors does not receive any compensation from delivery or installation and assumes no responsibility for delivery services.

Due to extended lead times, clients could expect multiple deliveries with multiple delivery charges or storage fees if delivery is not taken. Rates are set by the delivery agents.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items at time of delivery. Report any flaws or defects immediately to Bumblebee Interiors and to the delivery agent before they leave your home. Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may void any damage claims with vendors.

OTHER THIRD PARTY SERVICES:

Designers are not licensed as general contractors and do not provide contractor services.

If a project requires contractors or trade professionals (i.e. drapery workrooms, window treatment installers, wallpaper installations, tile installation, electrician, etc.) to perform work, all agreements will be between client and the service provider. Client is responsible for direct payment to any and all trade professionals.

Trade services provided by a 3rd party vendor are not affiliated with Bumblebee Interiors or its designers. Bumblebee Interiors does not receive any compensation from delivery or installation services.

Bumblebee Interiors is not responsible for any damages and provides no warranty, guarantee or responsibility for any third party provider’s performance.
